I am Maulida

I am Maulida Siti Nurjannah, a fresh graduated of English department student STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin. I have graduated on August 2020. Although, I took English department as my major of study, I believe that my leadership knowledge is enough. Because, I am the one of active students that is proved by joining some activities outside the class. I am part of English Debate Club and have been joined many debate competitions such as National University Debating Championship (NUDC) and some other debate competitions. I was part of ESA (English Students Association) STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin as treasurer in two periods there are 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 before I was finally elected as the vice president of BEM (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa) STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin in 2019-2020 period. I am also being the part member of Peace Generation Banjarmasin, the organization which cares about peace in our environment, the organization does many charity events and training event to share peace value in our environment. So that is why, managing people, managing event, is my life in the college and I love that until present.   

Many activities relate with my leadership knowledge. I have joined many training program and also I have given the training for my juniors. Trainings that I have joined are Microsoft Office Desktop Training, Training Camp Epic-X for Pre-Service teachers in Pontianak 2020, Training Boardgame for peace 2.0 in Samarinda 2018, and Training Nila-Nilai Dasar Perdamaian 2017. Training that I have given to my juniors are, first Basic Leadership Training English Student Association on 2019, I talked about how to manage togetherness in organization and about how to manage financial report of the organization. Second, Pembekalan Pengurus Baru BEM STKIP PGRI Banjarmasin 2020-2021 period, I talked about how to do the job description of the vice of president and how to do the job description of minister of finance. Last training is Training Board Game for peace, after I joined the training in Samarinda, when I went back to Banjarmasin and gave the training for other members in Banjarmasin.

 

“As a student, Maulida Siti Nurjannah is a smart, hardworking, and responsible student. Maulida is one of the Bidik Misi grantees, a scholarship granted by the government to those outstanding students. She needs to maintain her good grades in every semester since her academic achievement is evaluated and the failure to reach the required grade will be resulted in the annulment of the scholarship. Up until this very moment, Maulida is still the grantee of Bidik Misi which means she could maintain her excellent grade. Maulida is also a hard worker. She is not only an active student in the class but she also joins some activities outside the class. She is part of English Debate Club and has been joined many debate competitions such as National University Debating Championship (NUDC) and some other debate competitions. She was part of ESA (English Students Association) before she was finally elected as the vice president of BEM (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa). She could manage her time very well so she could attend her class, run her duties as the vice president, join any debate practice, as well as have fun with her friends in between. This student, for sure, is a responsible student. As one of her lecturers, never once I heard my fellow lecturers complain about her being absent in classes or neglecting her assignments. She also performs her duties as part of the organization she is in very well.” Miss Agustina, My lecturer

That was one of recommendation that she made for me when I was the candidate to join the Camp Epic Program 2020. She is Ms. Agustina Lestari, S.Pd., M.Hum, the one of my lecturers. She is so great in teaching, debating, shopping and traveling around the world. She is my inspiration to use our knowledge for our happiness. But, we have to work hard first.
